Pray

I am asking that you pray right now. Pray to God on behalf of my brother and my sister-in-law. They were just told that only grandparents and siblings older than 18 can be at the hospital with them on Tuesday because of H1N1. Allison called the nurse and was told the same thing and Allison explained the situation to her and the manager is going to be calling Ross to talk with him. Please pray that they will lift this ban for this very special reason. If this is the only time that we get to spend with VernaAnn, then let the hospital be loving and agree to Ross and Allison's wishes. As soon as I read Allison's facebook page, I got on my knees and asked the Lord to intercede for us. Here are some verses that are of comfort to me right now as I am thinking and praying for Ross and Allison.

Psalm 39:12 "Hear my prayer, O Lord, listen to my cry for help; be not deaf to my weeping. . . .

Psalm 46:10 "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

UPDATE: They found out a little while ago that the hospital is going to allow those people that Ross and Allison wanted at the hospital to be there, IF they pass a screening for H1N1. The Lord heard our prayers. NOW I will ask you to pray and I will be on my knees again asking the Lord to protect each and every one of us from sickness, so that we can all enjoy our time with Ross, Allison, Faith, Sophie and of course VernaAnn. Please keep VernaAnn in your prayers as well as Our God is the God of Miracles!! He has proven Himself over and over again. Praise the Lord!!
